  • The complaint will be responded to within a maximum of three working days from the date of submission. The customer will be promptly notified of the estimated time required for final processing of the complaint, if needed.
  • Customer satisfaction with the complaint resolution is confirmed via a follow-up text message or recorded phone call.
  • All complaints are documented electronically through the company’s system, which is subject to the customer privacy policy.
  • All phone calls made to customers are recorded for quality and training purposes.
