JOB TITLE: Workshop Supervisor         JOB CODE: HHA/MAN/007

The successful applicant must have high levels of motivation and organizational skills, and the ability to deal with people at all levels.  We are looking to boost our team with the addition of a Heavy Truck Workshop Supervisor to work with the Service Manager in coordinating the increasing numbers of staff in the workshop.  Your primary responsibility in this role will be to supervise and coordinate workshop staff in their everyday duties, delegating work as necessary and ensuring vehicles are completed as planned.  Your past workshop supervisory experience will prove essential in successfully managing the challenges of the role.

The candidate must have the following qualities:

Technical background, preferably graduate from a technical college with Main Dealership experience.

Must be able to communicate in written & spoken English, Arabic desirable.

Knowledge in the servicing, maintenance and warranty requirements of a European Truck Franchise would be desirable.

Knowledge of working manufacturers diagnostic systems and able to look up manufacturers technical information via the internet.

Knowledge of completing dealer internal documentation and manufacturer’s documentation relating workshop activities.

Must have transferable Iqama
