Employed by HHA MAN Service DIVISION the product & technical support manager is responsible to ensure our clients’ and their own company's needs are met in terms of the whole service experience, managing, gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements and information, it also includes working with sales and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met. |
